Terms of service
By placing an order with Cloudhouse Vapor you agree to these shop terms.
Orders & payment
Prices, taxes, and delivery fees are shown at checkout. Online card payments are processed by Authorize.net. We may refuse or cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled, appear fraudulent, or violate age restrictions.
Pickup, delivery & shipping
Pickup and employee local delivery are available in our service area. Shipping is offered where we can send under the rules we support (Texas only — no interstate shipping). Delivery windows are estimates. An adult 21+ with valid photo ID must be present for delivery of age-restricted products.
Returns
Contact the store for return or refund questions. Opened nicotine products generally cannot be returned unless defective as determined by the store.
