We are writing to share an important update regarding our Cedar Park operations. Our previous retail location in Cedar Park is now closed.

We want to sincerely thank you for your loyalty and support at that location. This move is not goodbye; it's "see you soon in a better space!"

We are excited to announce that we are already in the process of finding a new, better-suited retail home in Cedar Park. We are working closely with a commercial real estate agent to secure a location that will allow us to serve you even better.

To make this transition as smooth as possible, all inventory from the Cedar Park store, as well as our website inventory, has been consolidated at our McNeil store. You can find all your favorite products there, and our team is ready to help.

A Note on Shipping & Local Delivery

 

We also want to be transparent about our current shipping capabilities.

  • Online Shipping: Due to the complex registration process required by the federal Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act, we are temporarily unable to offer shipping for online orders. We are working diligently to complete this registration and will offer shipping as soon as possible.

  • Local Delivery: We understand this is an inconvenience. Because of this, we are in the final stages of launching a new local delivery service! Please stay tuned—we will announce details on this exciting new option very soon.
