Local delivery
Same-day around Austin: ASAP or a scheduled 1-hour window. After you enter your address at checkout, we show what you qualify for—Uber routes (about 10 miles) or Cloudhouse scheduled routes (up to about 15 miles, Mon–Fri; zip/area rules apply).
Delivery fee by order total
Local delivery uses the same fee tiers as Texas shipping:
- $0 – $34.99 → $9.99
- $35 – $74.99 → $4.99
- $75 and over → FREE
At delivery
- 21+ with valid government ID; signature required (in person).
- Gated community? Put your gate/access code in delivery notes.
- Outside our delivery map but in Texas? Use shipping. Outside Texas? 512-383-5339.
Cutoffs & windows (quick reference)
- Uber · ASAP (10 mi): during store hours; order by 8:00 p.m.
- Uber · scheduled (10 mi): first window from 11:00 a.m.; last slot 9–10 p.m. — order by 8:00 p.m.
- Cloudhouse · scheduled (15 mi*): first window from 12:00 p.m. (example: 4–5 p.m. slot — order by 3:30 p.m.). *Mon–Fri; zip/area restrictions.
