For the last year we have been using Five stars as our rewards program in-store. Unfortunately, we have experienced some sync issues with Five Stars.
This has caused many problems with customers being able to use the same
rewards multiple times! While we love being able to offer a rewards program, it has to make sense. 

Our Rewards Have Changed

As you know things are changing at Cloudhouse and we are excited to welcome our new platform. With this, comes a new completely new rewards system. It comes with great sadness, but we are forced to do a hard reset on our reward system. Don't worry, you are not losing you points!

How to Earn Rewards

• Sign Up and get 15 points
• Make a purchase online or in store to get 1 point per $1
• Celebrate your birthday & get 25 points

What do I Get

• 100 points = $5 OFF 
• 200 points = $10 OFF
• 300 points = $15 OFF 

Tell Me More

• Use a maximum of 300 points for a total discount of $15 per transaction
• Points and/or rewards never expire
• Points can NOT be transferred or gifted
  

Refunds and Exchanges

• Points will be credited back to your rewards account 
• Rewards/discounts are NOT redeemable or exchangeable for cash
