Refund policy

At Cloudhouse Vapor we strive for excellence, but mistakes can happen. In the event that we are unable to fulfill an order, a full or partial refund will usually be given the same day. You will be notified by phone or email before we process any refund(s).

Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to be credited back to your card/bank account.

We will NOT issue refunds for ANY house juice ordered online. If your house juice is wrong due to our mistake we will gladly remake it or correct the issue in-store. 

If you need to change an online order after it has already been paid please call us and we will discuss all available options.
